Information we may receive

When you use the contact form, you may provide your name, business email, optional company, optional phone, inquiry category, and message. Short-lived security controls may use a non-reversible request key and attempt count. Hosting and security providers may also generate limited technical logs such as IP address, browser type, request time, and security events.

Please do not send passwords, access credentials, payment-card data, taxpayer identifiers, health information, or confidential third-party information through an initial inquiry.

How information is used

We may use information to respond to inquiries, evaluate potential work, prepare proposals, provide requested services, operate and secure the website, maintain business records, and address legal obligations or disputes.

This website does not currently use advertising pixels, session replay, or nonessential analytics, and we do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

04

Sharing and retention

Information may be handled by providers that support hosting, email, security, or professional operations, subject to appropriate business restrictions. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to meet a lawful request, protect rights or security, or support a business transaction.

Prospect correspondence is generally retained for up to 24 months after the last substantive contact. Information may be kept longer for an active contract, legal or recordkeeping obligation, dispute, or preservation need.

05

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of information associated with your inquiry by emailing contact@reneline.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when permitted or required by applicable law.

The website is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13.
